     Product Introduction    

              CPC-603 silane nano-penetration paste is developed and manufactured by Australian CPC company, which is a kind of water-based high dispersion penetration paste 

             organosilane. Small molecular structure can penetrate the cemented surface, penetrate into the concrete and air exposed to acidic or alkaline environment. And water 

             molecules in the substrate react chemically to form a hydrophobic water treatment layer, thereby inhibiting moisture from entering the concrete substrate and generating 

            waterproof, alkali-proof and chloride ion (Cl)-proof properties.

     Product Performance

         Silane nano-penetration paste has good anti-ultraviolet performance and air permeability, which can effectively prevent the corrosion, looseness, peeling and mildew 

        of concrete and internal steel bar structures caused by water seepage, sunshine, acid rain and seawater erosion, and improve the service life of buildings. The protected 

        substrate has good water repellency and retains its original appearance. Alkaline environment, such as concrete poured not long ago, will stimulate the reaction and 

        accelerate the formation of water repellent layer.

     Recommended Use 

              Widely used in all kinds of reinforced concrete structures, such as commercial buildings (inner and outer walls, roofs and floors of high-grade buildings), parking lots, 

             garages, warehouses and cold storages, swimming pools, expressways, bridge structures, expressways, ports and docks, marine engineering, etc., especially suitable for 

            high-grade concrete structures used in harsh environments, roads, overpasses, telephone poles, sewage treatment tanks of sewage treatment plants and garbage landfills 

            eroded by salt fog and deicing salt.

     Product Use Method 

       1. Before use, the surface of the substrate should be cleaned, and all the treated surfaces should be free of water, dirt, dust, oil pollution and other pollutants;

       2. Construction can be carried out by using sealed spray gun, roller or brush;

       3. Before using this product, in order to ensure compatibility and achieve ideal waterproof effect, each surface to be treated should be tested for application;

       4. The surface should be as dry as possible to achieve the best penetration effect;

               Shelf Life                             12 months in unopened condition since leaving the factory;

               Packing Spec                       220ml、1L；

               Storage Temperature           5℃~35℃ to ensure storage in a cool environment and avoid direct sunlight;
