             1、Importance Of Thermal Insulation For Glass

                 Glass can give buildings better architectural aesthetics and light transmission function.But in hot summer, glass should absorb at least 70% of solar heat.The external heat 

                energy can easily penetrate through the glass, which makes the indoor temperature rise, the body feel poor and sultry, and the energy consumption of air conditioning also 

               rises. In summer, 71% of the solar heat flows into the room through glass; In winter, 48% of indoor heating heat is lost by glass. The heat flux of the wall with the largest 

               area in contact with the outside air is also 13 ~ 19%; The heat flow of the roof that is most exposed to sunlight is only 6 ~ 9%.

                       2、Product Introduction

     Mechanism of isolating solar heat

       Suppose the solar heat shines on the window glass by 100%, it will reflects 5%,the glass surface absorbs 55%.Of the 55%,about 2/3 or 

36.7% is reradiated ,and 1/3 or 18.4% remains in the room. In the word,the reflection of 5%plus the radiation of 36.7% is 41.7% cut off.

         3、Heat Insulation And Sun Protection

                  TGA@ transparent glass thermal insulation coating can form a 4~5 micron ultra-thin thermal insulation film on the glass surface as long as it is rolled without affecting the 

                  transparency and beauty of glass, thus achieving the effect of energy saving, thermal insulation and cooling. The coating has high definition, so it also has good hardness, 

                 adhesion, aging resistance, temperature change resistance, freeze-thaw resistance and other properties. With the addition of nano-metal oxide, it strengthens the reflection 

                 function of near-infrared band above 780nm, and the heat insulation and sun protection effect is excellent! TGA@ transparent glass thermal insulation coating can effectively 

                 block 80% of outdoor infrared rays in summer, reduce the temperature of the sunned area by 15~20℃, and reduce the indoor temperature by 6~8℃, saving energy consumption 

                 of air conditioning and refrigeration by more than 40%. After three years of construction, the construction cost can be recovered, and the service life is more than ten years!

          4、Energy Saving Test

                  Four laboratories with the same conditions were set up to test the indoor temperature of the "uncoated room" and the "coated room". The results showed that the 

                  temperature of the coated room (in the middle of the room) was 5~6 degrees lower than that of the uncoated room. The calculation result showed that the air 

                  conditioning fee was reduced by 28% during the year. (Calculated by 10% energy-saving effect of 1℃ change of air conditioning set temperature) The construction 

                  cost can be recovered in 2~3 years.
