In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the latest national standard GB55015 for building
energy-saving requirements in 2021. Based on the old code, the new code raised the thermal insulation requirements for building exterior walls and roofs by 20-
30%, further raising the energy-saving requirements for thermal insulation. Traditional insulation board, insulation mortar and other materials have been difficult to
meet the requirements of the new standard, and there are problems such as large space occupation and potential safety hazards (falling from high altitude or fire).
